Peter Nyarkoh

Co-Founder

With nearly 20 years of multinational experience, co-founder Peter equips founders, business leaders, busy professionals, and organisations to transition from AI-Curious to AI-Ready. He helps them harness AI to optimise operations and thrive in the future of work. Peter is also an AI Tutor at the GTA University Centre in Guernsey and has delivered an AI productivity talk to business leaders through the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce.

A former KPMG senior consultant and fund administration leader, he has managed £7B+ in global assets over 7+ years. Peter is a public speaker and experienced trainer, having trained 750+ professionals. He conducted research in GARCH volatility modeling and was awarded by the National Institute for Mathematical Sciences for his contributions to scientific and technical computing.

He is trained in mathematics (B.Sc & M.Phil), finance (CFA Level 1), corporate governance (CGI Affiliate) and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma). He specialises in applied AI for the financial services sector, developing practical AI training programs, hands-on workshops, cheat sheets, template prompts, and guidebooks. He leverages AI to build intelligent and automated business systems.

Peter loves to play football and to spend time with his young children. His pet ambition is to be a jacked grandpa.

Business Development

Chris is an experienced businessman with many years' experience as a co-founder of an offshore trust company and across a range of commercial businesses. Through this work, he has seen first-hand how organisations must continually improve performance, efficiency, and resilience to remain competitive.

Recognising that AI offers a powerful opportunity to transform productivity, improve decision-making and strengthen long-term competitiveness, he co-founded TrueAxis AI Labs to help businesses across the Island unlock these benefits in a practical, secure, and commercially focused way.

Chris plays a key role in shaping strategic direction and building strong partnerships and relationships with clients and stakeholders. Drawing on his business experience, he helps organisations bridge the gap between ambition and execution, supporting leaders to navigate the transition to AI-enabled ways of working with confidence and clarity.

Alongside his commercial expertise, Chris serves as a member of the Guernsey States of Deliberation and is also Chairman of the Offshore Wind Delivery Board, leading one of the Island's most ambitious long-term infrastructure projects.

Co-founder Sam is a venture builder and technology leader with deep experience at the intersection of finance, technology, and impact-driven innovation.

With a background spanning private equity, fintech, and healthcare technology, he has played a founding role in multiple high-growth ventures and led technology strategy within institutional investment environments. As part of the founding team of a healthcare startup, he helped scale the business to over £400K in annual recurring revenue, partnering with global FMCG companies across Africa to support COVID-19 response initiatives and strengthen public health supply chains.

He previously served as Head of Technology at an investment fund, where he oversaw the development of key software initiatives, digital transformation initiatives, and technology strategy to enhance investment operations and analytics.

Outside of work, he stays active, explores emerging technologies & contributing to initives that enhance Guernsey's future prospects.

Randy A

Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

With over 13 years of experience in the banking sector and 10 years specialising in data analytics, Randy blends deep technical expertise with real-world financial insight to build intelligent, data-driven solutions for the modern enterprise.

He holds an MSc in Software Engineering for Financial Services from the University of Leicester, UK, and a BSc in Computer Science, graduating top of his class with First-Class Honours. He is also certified in Data Science Programme with Analytics Vidhya (data science / AI learning platform & community), Oracle Database SQL (Certified Expert), and Object-Oriented Programming in C#.NET.

A highly skilled data and AI engineer, Randy is proficient in SQL, Python, Power BI, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MSSQL, with advanced knowledge of data analytics, visualisation, machine learning, automation, and cloud technologies.
